Death By Burpees

Strength DeadLift 3,3,3,3,3 WOD “Death by Burpees” Complete one Burpee on the start of the first minute, two Burpees on the second minute, three Burpees on the third minute, and so on until you can no longer complete Burpees for the number of minutes on the timer.

Only a 9am and 10am class this AM. Classes will take place in Southie Green!

11.5 hosting and Easter schedule

We will be hosting WOD 11.5 at CrossFit Southie this Saturday at NOON o’clcok. Competitors please let us know by the end of the day if you will be attending. There will be 9am and 10am CrossFit classes on Saturday. We will have only one class at 10am on Easter Sunday. No Yoga on Sunday.
