We’re always looking for great people to join our team of the best coaches around. Our hands-on internship and mentor program will constantly help you continue to develop into the best coach you can be.

Internship Programs

Interested in coaching at CrossFit Southie?

Our eight-week program will help you fine-tune your coaching skills with a focus on leading a group, cueing, and seeing and correcting.

We also have a more invasive program that qualifies for college credit.

*Participation in our intern programs provide a bare minimum requirement but does not guarantee a coaching position.

Coach

Positions start at just a few hours per week with the opportunity to grow.  Full time positions including favorable salary and benefits may be made available for the right individual.

Pay structure is based on experience, CF accreditation, and weekly hours.  Box pays for 50% of approved professional development for coaches that perform 6+ classes per week.

CF-L1 & Completion of the CFS Intern Program Required. CF-L2+ Preferred.  If interested in a coaching position, along with your resume please submit a short “why” you would be a good fit.  Please also include a full hour lesson plan for a class that consists of working up to a 3rm Thruster and performing the Workout Jackie in addition to a short <7min video of you teaching the Thruster.

Cleaning and Maintenance opportunities also available at non-high volume times.

Positions start at 2-3 hours per week for membership trade, with the opportunity for more hours at a paid rate.
