Try a Class!

We would love to get you in to check us out for a free trial to get a taste for how we do things at CrossFit Southie!

If you are new to CrossFit don’t fret, we will ease you into it.  You will get lots of help/attention during your first session and beyond.  You can check out our current schedule here and our membership options here.   Our online waiver can be filled out here.

You can schedule a free class anytime.  Please email us & let us know which days/times work best for you.

If no classes are available above, please email us and we will find a time to get you in. After experiencing a class for yourself, we can answer any questions you may have about membership and discuss other options.

 

If you are interested in a smaller group that focuses on the building a strong foundation and ramps up your fitness over the course of the month, Fundamentals is for you.  Our next session is set to begin in February and will run on Tuesday and Thursdays at 7pm throughout the month.   To sign up Click here.
