LeLe Xavier
Biography:

If you’ve ever taken a class alongside Lele you know what a leader she is. Lele works hard and truly believes in herself and those around her. We remember one summer morning hearing her say “How will you know if you don’t try?” and then proceeded to push a sled with 200#s plus a small athlete on top of it for 50′.
That attitude is one of the many reasons we’re happy to have Lele on staff! She is CF-L1 & L2 Coaching Cert as well as CF Gymnastics certified and went through The CrossFit Southie intern program.
Interview Questions
1.Classes you currently coach? Saturdaysm & Wed evenings at Southie and I spend Monday Tuesdays and Thursdays at STRIVE Norwell & Duxbury. I also workout with each community.
2.Years as a Crossfitter and coach?
I Started CrossFit in 2012 and have been officially a coach since 2022
3.Your favorite part of being a Coach?
It is amazing to see the joy in someone’s face when they do something they taught they couldn’t do it!
4.Your Favorite WOD and Movement?
Favorite WOD: Grace and Glen
Favorite Moviment: Anything heavy barbell related.
5. Athletic background (sports you played in high school and/or college)
5 Years of Cardio Kickboxing
I am a Blue Strip belt in Taekwondo (want to go back for my black belt)
I have run two Full Marathons, 18 Half and a bunch of 5k
6. Small piece of advice for Newbies and/or Veteran athletes
Don’t be intimidated by the great athletes, use them as an “inspiration” (not comparison) to grow, and keep showing up, especially on the days that the programming is something you don’t like!
7. Fun Fact most people don’t know about you
I am born and raised in Brazil!
8. What do you enjoy about the CFS Community? How amazing the coaches and community are!!!
