Save the Date: Scavenger Hunt & Anniversary Party Saturday, October 3rd!
What: Photo Scavenger Hunt throughout the city. One hour to capture photos of your team doing as many different CrossFit movements in as many different locations as possible.
Where: Meet at Park Street T station at 9AM

Where: Wild Rover (61 Chatham Street, Boston)
When: 7pm – ??? We have the upstairs room reserved until 10pm. Come early to avoid the lines and cover and enjoy some light apps. Bring your dancing shoes!

    November 2012: 15:18 Rx / BW=165lbs
    September 2013: 13:55 Rx / BW=165lbs
    November 2014: 14:24 Rx / BW=175lbs
    September 2015: 13:48 / BW=175lbs (PR)
    Even though this was only a 7-second PR, I’m pretty psyched given that I bested a time from 2 years ago when I felt I was in peak (and I use that term loosely) condition, and that time was with 10lbs less weight. And this PR was despite a rower malfunction going into the 2nd round. Would love to get sub-13:00 in the retest. Losing 5lbs would help box jumps far more than the deadlifts…
