5 min banded hip & IT band stretching
Then 100 hollow rocks

    4/2/14: 19:01 RX (my first ever Rx workout! And the first time I ever contemplated giving up/passing out)

    *same weight, but shaved off almost 5 minutes!!!!
    Might be my favorite PR yet. Makes for a happy weekend! 🙂

    Christine progress (body weight is annoyingly constant at 165lbs)

    November 2012: 15:18 Rx
    September 2013: 13:55 Rx
    September 2014: 12:25 Rx-ish (don’t have clearance yet to do box jumps so had to do step ups instead)
    Looking forward to doing this one again in November when the foot is healed.

    I was inspired by Mel to go back and look at old scores – went like this:
    9/2012 – 12:02 RX
    11/2013 – 10:44 RX
    4/2014- 10:27 RX
    Today – 9:56 RX
    I love this WOD. one of the few times there are three movements I’m halfway good at together. I guarantee Rob Hassell would have beat me by 2 seconds if he went in the second heat.

    11/1/13 – 75% BW – 13:20 (or 15:20? damn writing.)
    4/2/14 – 89% BW – 14:00
    9/18/14 – 13:26 RX!!

    The deadlifts are my hang up right now. Need to work on them. Or just lose the lbs. Either one 🙂

    Christine (1st time): 11:38. Followed by a partner WOD with Goose of removing a baby mouse from the gym (PR for both) and bro-ing out with Maser doing GHDs and rope climbs.
