WOD of the Week: Partner Style – CFS

We want to thank everyone who came out to WOD in memory of Ben Callahan and who donated to support the Ben Callahan Memorial Fund.     Didnt count reps- just threw weight around.

      Official score was 15+19.
      Trev/O’Connor worked as one, we went off O’Connor.
      Rx for me, singlesx2 for O’Connor weight.

      Up to 205# for the strength. Honestly didn’t do many attempts. My goal was to be able to get successful attempts at the end. O’Connor PR’d his C+J during it.

        Oh and I feel like I should give some feedback saying I loved the DB hang squat cleans. Can’t stand DB squat cleans from the floor each rep, these were fun as hell though.
