    16:00 something 5 rounds. I intended to do 7 rounds with L1 reps but I hit my FIRST DOUBLE UNDER on round 5!!!!! I interpreted this as a sign from the aforementioned WOD GODS that my night was over.

    Who knew all I needed to DU was to rap along to The Notorious B.I.G and Bone Thugs and Harmony.

    22:07 w/ dub attempts. I need to get better at dubs. they are a becoming a staple in my goat salad. no good.

    yesterday chuck and I were trying to figure out what the worst wod would be for me…it’s not quite perfected yet but it definitely includes rowing, heavy wall balls and dubs.

    Sammy where you at!? My man executed the seldom seen MID-WOD BELL RING tonight. I happened to be on the pullup bar next to the bell as he did it, afterwards he yelled FIRST DOUBLE-UNDER and high-fived me so hard I thought he shattered my hand. LOVE THAT. We put in so much time and effort to get this stuff, why not celebrate big when we succeed? Be excited when you do something you couldn’t do before.

    Thank the WOD GODS that there isn’t a pull-up bar movement tomorrow. Bar muscle-ups Monday, deadlift/toes-to-bars last night, and chest-to-bars tonight pushed my hands to the brink, there’s only so much callus shaving I can do. Blistered up but no tears.

    20:54 RX. haven’t been taking care of my hands the way I should be and it showed today, tore ’em up pretty good. butterfly pull ups felt good pre-wod – getting there – TinaMo made a guest appearance and gave us some help on the butterflies.
