5 x 5 @ 80-85%

    I swear I have seen Under 8 soccer players with more discipline than Coolidge. Someone’s gotta reel him in!

    Snatch: 5x3x110
    Jerk: 3x3x175 (wanted to do 150, gave in to peer pressure)
    Squat: 5x5x225 (Derek and I knew it was too heavy after the first set…yet kept using the same weight for 4 more sets, no problem)

    Missing a bunch of regulars tonight and still filled all the platforms no problem.
