Warm Up
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Burpees for max height
5 Moon the sky
10 Burpees for max height
20 Jumping Squats
5  minutes mobilizing overhead position

1. Snatch
25 minutes to establish heavy single

2. Clean & Jerk
25 minutes to establish heavy single

Just a reminder, there will be NO oly class on Saturday (7/6) due to the holiday weekend.

    SAM came back from Italy to SET IT OFF at 7PM Oly tonight. The atmosphere felt very appropriate for a max out day. Lots of yelling, failed reps, chalk, and sweat.

    (Squat) Snatch: 155×1
    (Squat) Clean and Jerk: 185×1

    I would power clean/snatch every rep for the rest of my life and never get better at doing the full movements if I had my way. Truly appreciate Haley saying nuh uh to that. I’m a scared baby when it comes to getting under the bar.
