My first Oly class ever as they started up while I was out. I’m LEGIT THANKFUL for the opportunity. Awesome that it’s being offered at all, but PSYCHED that it lines up with my not-so-flexible schedule. Back in the Fall all I wanted to do was slam bars and progress on those lifts, now I get to take a break from metcons to get help from Haley? Hell yeah I want that, sign me up.

I’m glad that Haley pointed out that back extensions are no joke because I thought it was just me, the last reps of each set were a battle, especially doing them slooow and controlled.
