-Each time you break up your wallballs row 150m before returning to your set. If you break up your wallballs into multiple sets, you must row multiple times.

    18:30 L2 – Unbroken.. Prob could have done Rx, but Wall Balls are rough for me!

    Unbroken but slow row,… doing a detox this week & didn’t even expect the mental toughness to get through it unbroken, but I did & I’m happy with that!

    18:11 Rx – it doesn’t get much further out of my wheelhouse than this one. Psyched I did it unbroken but still a poor showing.

    WOD: 13:51 Rx and unbroken. First workout in 4 weeks post shoulder sprain. Glad to be back at it.
