    haha Patrick I’m with ya! I hope to never see Murph again! Alec, you must be an overachiever, the WOD was only 250m row each round hehe
    For me, 6 rounds and 6 wall balls
    No one has commented on the keg handstand pushups video? I think this was right after Emily drowned Jerimiah, good thing Goose made it out alive 🙂

    I for one am still recovering from Murph. Still struggling up and down stairs like an old man. I guess 300 squats is a lot of squats!
