    WOD: 24:45. Went 3 wall climbs wish I went 5.

    Oh geez…I have a confession, I’ve been a bad WOD logger lately on paper and then I get home and forget my time. I promise to restart the excellent habit Barrow started me on ASAP, but for today…
    WOD: 27:44 (I think) 3 wall climbs instead of 5.

    WOD: 33:58 Rx

    I would hate wall-climbs, but I can’t hate a movement that starts and ends with laying on the ground.
