Sunaday and Thursday night Endurance classes are cancelled going forward due to limited attendance. We will regroup in the Fall with a CFS 5k, more details to follow.

14 Double Kettlebell Front Rack Lunges (1.5,1)
Once the 3 Rounds is complete jog as a team out to the sleds carrying the plates needed for the sled push.
Then, 6 sled pushes each (45,25)
Once complete run the long way back into the gym carrying your plate (s).
