Was pretty indifferent about the WOD because I was so geeked up about what I did before the WOD. I thought my butterflies finally clicked last night so I wanted to show Julie since she’s had to witness a long period of my ugly attempts. GOT EM, floated up to that damn bar like a LEVIOSA spell in Harry Potter. Real excited. Shout outs to Brownie and Manny. It came really easy to those dudes and they refused to leave me behind, kept helping this whole time until I got them.

Strict Press: 115×3 – Got 125×2 (which matches my 2-rep max). I’m with Kelly…need to put some more effort in on this one. My PR has been stuck at 130 for quite some time. Need to at least get 135 by year’s end!
WOD: 15:30 L2 – Take a serious goat (snatches) and a semi-goat (box jumps) and you end up with a big ol’ mess!
73×3 – Haven’t made much progress with the strict press over the last 6 months. I need to do this more consistently. Shoulders, smoked. Couldn’t even scramble my scrambled eggs when I got home.
