    155 lb. x 2; 11:28 Rx – basically a train wreck after my second late night in a row.

    Push press: 115 x2, 125 x1
    WOD: 7:39 Rx, I feel like I should have been able to do that in under 7, WAY too much resting. Haley is AWESOME at packing in the warm-up with great instruction, loved all that kettlebell work!
    Banged out some ab mat sit-ups and did pull-ups with a red.
