St. Patty’s Day!

Murph – 2 years ago on St. Patty’s Day


We are hosting our 3rd Annual Murph WOD starting at 8am. For those of you that want to redo the Open WOD 13.3 that is an option as well. The retest people will meet in the pain cave (back of green). If you are planning on retesting 13.2 at 8am then please post “in for retest” to comments. It looks like we are going to have a lot of people participating, so both Southie Green and Orange will be used for “Murph”. Immediately following the the workout(s) we will be having mimosas, some tequila, and a paleo potluck! After we have a few beverages we will make our way up to the parade route. There will be no other formal classes today.

Run 1 mile
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
Run 1 mile

-You can partition the reps however you would like!

Level 2 – 60 Pull-ups, 120 push-ups, 180 squats
Level 1 – 800m run, 40 Pull-ups, 80 push-ups, 120 squats, 800m run
