High Bar Back Squat: 235×2 (PR!!!)
WOD: 19:04 at 105lbs – the squat clean thrusters were TOUGH. But for some reason they got easier as they went on. I must’ve been out of practice.
And did 3 sets of 10 linked T2B between before and after class. Successfully met another goal for 2013 with linking 10 T2B. 6 goals down and 18 to go.

295lbs for two is PR, wanted to try for 300+ but today wasn’t the day.

Feeling unusually sore this week but couldn’t resist this workout. Loved it and hated it at the same time. Those thrusters took what felt like forever.
