Partner WOD
Run 1 mile as a team. Partition the distance however you choose. One partner works at a time.
90 Double Unders
60 KB front rack lunges (1.5,1)
30 Burpees
200m run as a team
10 Alternating Wallclimbs (5 each)
200m run as a team
30 Burpees
60 KB front rack lunges (1.5, 1)
90 Double Unders

-The rep totals are for the team. Can sub a 2k row for the mile run if ice and snow are an issue.
