    WOD: 14:30 RX with cals on the Airdyne and 30 pullups instead of box jumps.

    This was my first battle with the Airdyne – I lost – not sure 100 cals was the best way to start.

    Deadlift: 335×2 (PR by 10lbs) and 345×1 (PR by 10lbs) – pretty psyched about both of these! Especially have to now have a max deadlift more than 2 times by body weight.
    WOD: 11:18 Rx. Definitely NOT in my wheelhouse. And note to self: Don’t stop rowing one stroke after you hit 39 calories. Calories are not meters and therefore don’t just magically appear! I think I lost like 3 seconds of time at the end when I messed that up.
