    I’m feeling you, Alec. Great pic of Andrea and Bill…and even at 6pm it was still hot! But felt awesome to sweat after a long weekend of indulgence.
    Deadlift: 305×3 (PR…beat my old 3RM by 30lbs! Heck…even beat my old 2RM by 10lbs…I guess all those extra calories over Thanksgiving were good for something!)
    WOD: 7+3 L2 (not as disastrous as I feared it might be)
