Every 90 seconds, complete:
5 Bar Facing Burpees
6 V-Ups
7 Hang Muscle Snatch

1 Power Snatch
1 Squat Snatch

WOD (15 minute Cap)
10 Rounds for time of:
5 Burpees, bar-facing
6 Toes-to-bar
7 Power Snatch, 75/55

Coaches note: The goal should be to complete each round in <90s. If you are not keeping up with that pace scale the rounds and/or weight and reps.

    – Shout outs to Coach Jocelyn, my first time attending her class. We’ll have fun on Thurs nights. Just wait til the whole crew shows up and you get to babysit ALL of us for an hour.
    – Shouts out to Andrea’s hair, my fist time seeing it.
    – I would actually do accessory work if it looked like all the stuff I saw in Goose’s OCR class tonight. Jealous.

    I might be the biggest baby in Crossfit, I’d be OK with that tag, a superlative is a superlative. I always have an excuse. Tonight it was thinking I had a round left when I was actually done. My own fault considering I had my own white board AND I was peering at Jill’s white board, still managed to not know what the hell I was doing.
