    I had daddy day care duties at 1, so I missed Oly. Stopped in early to do a conditioning WOD from Tuesday.

    First time doing an oly class and I plan on making it most Saturdays if I can.

    Clean: 175 x 3
    Jerk + Split: 185 x 1
    Squat Pause (3 seconds): 245 x 3 (this is TOUGH)
