Level 1- 55,35- 400m Run/10 Reps of Each
ADV- Wear a weight Vest

Strongman Class: WOD – There will be no formal class today.  Feel free to come in and get the WOD in on your own.

1 heavy clean & jerk – 80-85%
1 round of Strict Cindy – (5 strict pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats)

    Open gym- 4 rnds of 8 sitting db presses, 8 db rows , 8 diamond push ups , 20 sit ups used 25# dumbbell Followed by the mobility class
