Run to Remember & POSE seminar

There are a lot of great races in the spring, summer, and fall around Boston. We are going to try to stay on top of what is going on around the city and take part in some fun 5ks, 5 milers, 10ks, and even half marathons. The purpose of this race is to honor Massachusetts Law Enforcement Officers killed in the line of duty by celebrating their lives and giving back to the community. It starts by the World Trade Center and continues around the city. There is a 5-mile (8:15am start time) and a half marathon (8:00am start time) option.

Also, Drew Wallace is giving a POSE Running clinic at Charles River CrossFit. POSE This 3-hour running clinic introduces the philosophy and practice of the POSE Method of running and barefoot technique. This clinic will allow athletes to learn the skill of POSE technique and how to implement it into workouts, endurance races, or daily jogs.

You will:
– Learn how to reduce injury and improve performance
– Have your running style filmed and analyzed
– Learn drills to improve your technique and implement into daily workouts
– Take home complimentary USB drives containing your video footage, footwear suggestions, barefoot running research, and more.
