Rope Climbs
*remember to wear long socks, pants or tape to protect the leg!

WOD
30-20-10-20-30
Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1)
Wallballs
Double Unders x 3

*3 Rope Climbs Between each set (on the dashes)   No rope climbs after the final 30. Scale rope climbs as necessary.

Level 3- Double Unders x 2
Level 2- (1.25,1), double unders x 1, or singles x 3,
Level 1- (1, 0.75), singles x 2
