Breast Cancer Awareness Rock Tape  Our Functional Movement screener/chiropractor Wes Hendricks and his co workers will be here next Wednesday 10/22 from 5-6:30pm to provide pink rock tape for breast cancer awareness.     WOD: 11:28 95lb thruster/step-ups/1.25pd/16lb ball – scaled the heck out of this thing…definitely feeling rusty on the KB swings and wall balls.
