Have you noticed that classes in Southie Green are growing at night? We’ve noticed, too… and the classes in Southie Orange have PLENTY of room! If you’re no longer a newbie here, it may be time to take the plunge and make the switch to Rx classes!

We highly encourage those of you have been a member for 3+ months to check out the Rx classes in Southie Orange at night. You do not have to perform the workout as prescribed to take these classes. These classes assume that you know the basics of the movements of the day. We’ll spend less time drilling nuances and spend more time on platforms, giving you tips as you work. These classes present a great opportunity to push yourself harder against new athletes that you may not work out with each day and give you a chance to try out new, higher skilled movements. By making the jump, you’ll also be giving true newbies more room to learn in the L1/L2 classes!

We certainly understand that work, traffic, life, etc. often dictates the class time that you’re able to take. However, when possible, we encourage all veterans to pop into an Rx or All Levels class in Southie Orange. Grab your WOD buddies and make the move next door to meet some new people!

*This class started strong but attendance has been slower as of late. Coach Cunningham brought the HEAT last week and everyone was pleased about the coaching and the results. If interested, please show up so we can keep this class around!*
