    That hurt…did about 50-60 squat snatches yesterday, about 20-30 were trying to hit 165. Felt it today.

    Wod: 5+7 rx (232 reps). Beat my 14.1 in 2014 of 4+2 rx

    14.1: 6+32 (302 reps), up from 6 (270) during ’14 Open
    Cashout followed by Bench Press and BT rowing WOD w/ Harvard

    DL: 275×2. Felt good didn’t want to push my back
    14.1: 7 rounds. In 2014 I did 7+36. Honestly I think the difference was just the environment and having people yelling at me during the opens to get back on the bar.
    Cash out and Post wod I did some light squat snatch work for form and speed under the bar. I did a few MUP attempts but was tired and Didnt happen.
