    Still sore from the GHD on Saturday so the L-sits were rough.

    Up to 325×2 BS, had a bit more in the tank, should’ve gone for 335.

    BS: 5×2 @ 275#; WOD: 9:19 Rx; L-Sit: max hold 24 seconds (between squats were between 10-20 seconds).
