As most of you know, Goose is the heart and sole of this operation. I never witnessed a human being as dedicated to something as Goose is dedicated to CrossFit Southie. He might seem like a tough guy and all business at times, but trust me he likes hugs. Give him a soft little embrace if you see him today. He is 29….almost to 30!! Goose will also be competing this weekend at the CFNE firebreather festival in Natick. We would love to have some Southie supporters there!
