    Peter- we are doing the thruster wod and the 100 pull up wod at advanced class tomorrow

    Alec- Just did the DL wod…the round of 15 was brutal. Also bit it a few times on the box jumps.

    Yo those are some sick regional workouts. My back is aching just thinking about all those 315lb DLs. That’s a lot of reps!

    Anybody want a great styrofoam cooler? Everytime I place an order with US WELLNESS MEATS they send a new cooler so I got a few extra. They’re great for keeping paleo food and hard ciders cold, and great for keeping water hot for sous vide cooking.

    I got two that I’d like to give away. First two people who want them can have them.
