Calling all ladies!!

Myself and Katie McAuliffe are hosting a GRACEDbyGRIT Trunk Show at here at CrossFit Southie and you’re invited!

You’ll get a chance to try on the most advanced workout clothing and shop with your friends!
They have a Land & Sea collection which takes you from swim to gym, surf to turf, hot yoga, and dancing in the rain. They also have the Land collection which takes you on your outdoor adventures, your travel quests, the grocery store, and beyond.

Discover your favorite collection THIS Thursday, October 2nd, from 5pm-8pm in the mobility room. If you cannot make it at 5 don’t sweat it. Just drop by when you can and see if you are interested in any of the product. A girl can never have too many capris or booty shorts!

    snatch: 80 x 2 (10# pr for power snatch)
    wod: 8:57 L2 – multiple no reps in the first round OHS, need to work on linking t2b. after the first 5, they fall apart.

    couldn’t pass this one up. hit it after the unbroken BT wod – 3:06rx – had to break the t2b on the 2nd and 3rd set.
