Get low…Get high

This  is just a friendly reminder to wear/bring your long socks or pants today for those rope climbs!

Last day of training before the team leaves for LA!

*Schedule Update* – Even though we have five coaches heading out for the games for the next 8 days, we were still able to keep the Box open for most regularly schedule classes.  Chuck has been a great help and has volunteered to cover a ton of hours.  We did cancel a few of the slower classes and will have to close down open gym during the day a few times over the course of the next week.  Please check the google calendar for schedule updates and any coaching changes.

    WOD: DNF (Got through 1 rep of the set of 3 at 135#)

    So excited to have bested my old 1-rep max on back squat of 175lbs by a whopping 40lbs. A big thanks to Josh for helping me push out of my comfort zone and to now have a 2-rep max on back squat of 215lbs. Only 85lbs more before I catch up to Haley’s PR. : )
