As many of you read a few days back, we lost one of our members, Joe Gage. Today we are going to complete a WOD in Joe’s memory. Mike Bradley, a close friend of Joe’s quoted, “Joe would want his CrossFit Southie family to know that he loved them, and he loved CrossFit. Two of Joe’s favorite CrossFit movements are OHS and Rope Climbs”. So today we are going to give it our all for Joe with 80 overhead squats, 8 rope climps, along with some pull-ups and running.
Joe was incredibly sweet, kind, and could really hold his own as a CrossFitter. A memorial service will be held this Sunday from 1-5pm, at the Rockingham Ballroom, 22 Ash Swamp Rd, Newmarket, New Hampshire 03857. This will be a celebration of his life and all are welcome.
