First Responders Challenge Update: We will be holding another First Responder’s meeting/team WOD tonight at 7pm in the toaster. We are looking to form teams as soon as possible – the price is $85 before 12/15 and increases to $115 after that date. Sign up cut off is 12/31 with the competition starting 1/6. If limited availability is a deciding factor don’t fret, teams consist of 6 team members with only 4 members needed each week. It is sometimes difficult to coordinate everyone together to complete the weekly WOD but its great to have alternatives available to fill in and submit a score. If you are on the fence please post your interest to the comments section, or talk to a coach about your availability. We will be contacting you personally before 12/15 to lock in some teams.

    Boston New Years Party

“I hate crowds, so I’m obviously going to see Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, and Avicii perform throughout the night!” – Contradictory thoughts of my friends

I’m in for the First Responders Challenge, but I’m out of town this week. Keep me in the loop.
