2. Bike
3. Push-up
4. Kettlebell Swing (2, 1.5pd)

Complete 1 full Tabata at each station. Rest 1 minute between each exercise

Level 3 – 135, 95 / 1.5, 1pd
Level 2 – 115, 75 / 1pd, 0.75pd
Level 1 – 95, 55 / 0.75pd, 0.5pd
