Michelle loves food and learning new tricks to get people to eat their vegetables, and is passionate about teaching others how to eat healthier and actually enjoy it. As a life-long athlete, runner, and recreational fitness competitor, Michelle knows first-hand just how important the food we fuel our bodies is to athletic performance and everyday life. She believes that eating healthy is a lifestyle, and strives to teach others how to fuel their bodies not just for fitness, but for living each day to its fullest.
Michelle has experience in nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy, weight loss counseling, meal planning, sports nutrition, and fitness coaching. She encompasses an overall holistic approach to nutrition and health that focuses on whole body, whole foods, creating life balance, and managing stress. Her approach practices “food as medicine” as she creates customized, diet-specific nutrition plans for a wide variety of heath goals such as weight loss and maintenance, fitness performance and training, digestive health, food allergies, disease prevention and management, and overall health and well-being. She has worked with a wide variety clients in the Boston area, including triathletes, marathoners, CrossFitters, business professionals, stay-at-home moms, and high school students. Michelle hopes to educate, motivate, and inspire her clients to lead a happy, feel and look their best.
