 Survey – Please HELP!
Hey Everyone, A friend of one of our members is completing a study for Grad school exploring CrossFit’s recent popularity among other trendy workout programs. Her hypothesis is that it stems not only from it being able to fulfill the human desire of being part of a group, but also from successful brand awareness. She has created the CrossFit Survey <5 minute survey to test this hypothesis.
If anyone is interested in participating please fill out the CrossFit Survey and email back to [email protected] by this Sunday. Thank You!!!!!

I’ll echo Mase’s points with some photo proof from last year. Booty got me focused on what to eat, when to eat, what ingredients to stay away from, etc. She still helps me regularly with nutrition along with just being a great person. I’m not a huge fan of transformations personally, but the bulk of this transformation was largely in part due to nutrition change from Michelle. Yeah, I worked hard at the gym through the process, but it really does mean nothing if you’re not fueling your body appropriately. Whenever I have a question about food, ingredients, recipes, etc. I don’t hesitate and she knows it.

    No FS for me today.
WOD: 11:31 (subbed PC&PJ for Thrusters)

Quick PSA for anyone who wants to listen…Michelle previously reviewed my diet, calculated what my daily macronutrient (fat, protein, carbs) intake should be, and gave me some tools to help me track my eating as I had never done it before. She also shared recipes of meals that she prepares during the day and before or after working out. Her insight has helped me greatly. I have dropped more than 5 pounds in two months while incorporating foods into my diet (at her suggestion) that I previously thought were off-limits. If anyone is thinking about having their diet analyzed, you should absolutely speak to her.
