Unfortunately, due to the predicted rain for tomorrow, we are going to postpone the photo scavenger hunt to a later, sunnier date in the near future. The anniversary party is still on! We will be running a reduced class schedule tomorrow morning. All Levels Classes in Southie Green at 8, 9, 10, 11am, 2pm & 3pm. Intro class at 12pm, Oly class at 1pm.

When: 7pm – ??? We have the upstairs room reserved until 10pm. Come early to avoid the lines and cover and enjoy some light apps. Bring your dancing shoes!

    WOD: 132 L2…that assault bike is a lung killer whoosh

    Went LT on DL 135 1st 5 rounds of strict hspu did all unbroken with 1 ab mat
    Wod 112 missed out on 1st set of singles 4 sprint 2 restroom 26lb kb

    Did a Partner Hero WOD ‘Smalls’ w/ Frawls instead of class…3 rft…1k row, 50 burpees, 50 box jumps, 800m run. Break up row, reps, and run however you prefer…30:43.
