    Push Press: 145 x 2 (PR)….hit 155 x 1 twice
    WOD 1: 5+3 @ #215 DL
    WOD 2: 3+1 @ #115

    Was gassed for the 2nd WOD. Total wrist cruncher

    wod1: 7+1 at 205
    wod2: 2+5 at 115 – went too heavy on this one.

    WOD1: 6+9 @165# WOD2: 5+7 @85#. Good WOD for my bum ankle, no running or jumping.

    Strict KB press for strength. WOD 1 – 3+9 295# Advanced. WOD 2 – 3+8 Rx PC and FS but did strict double KB press (44#).

    185# PP or a double (sets ascended starting at 135#); 5+4 WOD 1 (285# DL, tried 3 HSPU per round); 4+13 WOD 2 Rx.
