3 Deadlifts (75% of your 1 rep max)

    First day back since 11/14 due to a head cold that wouldn’t go away.

    5+2 @ 205/14 for the DL/WB
    4+2 @ 75 for the OHS/Burpee
    Got wobbly starting on the 4th round of OHS but felt good to be back.

    3+2 RX for OHS/Burpee.
    Should have gone L3 on the OHS, 135 was too much.
