Please join us in welcoming two new babies to the CrossFit Southie family!
Lucas John Lau was born on March 14th, weighing in at 8lb 8oz. Mom Lauren could be found crushing it most mornings in the 6AM class all the way until one week before her delivery. She was able to workout throughout her entire pregnancy, making modifications where necessary and listening to her body. It was truly an inspiration to watch her crush it all the way to the end! We can’t wait to have her back with the early morning crew and are looking forward to meeting Baby Lucas. Congratulations, Lauren!

Oly Coach Dan Rosenberg and his wife and long-time CFS member Meghan Rosenberg welcomed their daughter, Sophie Abbott Rosenberg on March 22nd, weighing in at 7lb 9 oz… or about 3.5 kilos, as Dan would say! The whole family is happy and healthy. Meghan also was able to make it to the gym and classes all the way to the end… another inspiration! We are looking forward to seeing the whole Rosenberg fam back at the gym soon and meeting Sophie. Congratulations, Meghan & Dan!
