Just a reminder, we will be running a reduced schedule today. All Levels classes will be held in Southie Green. Classes are at 8, 9, 10, 11, Intro at Noon, Oly at 1pm, and general classes at 2 and 3pm. There will be no classes at 9:30 and 10:30.

3000m Row
300 Double Unders
3 Mile Run

Level 3- 2000m row 150 double Unders, 2 mile run
Level 2 – 2000m Run, 100 Double Unders, 1.5 mile run
Level 1- 1500m Row, 300 singles, 1 mile run

• Left at the light up D St
• Right onto West Broadway
• Right at the light to turn down Dorchester St

• Right on to Dorchester Ave and back to the Gym

    PR! Even with a left calf not-so-swagger limp and a Countryfest hangover. Left it (the cider & tequila) all out there. Last year was 53 min I think.
    Awesome pacing tips throughout from Tully that made a huge difference!

    Dubs done in about 2:30-2;40

    Was able to get my three miles done in just under 20. First two felt great, last one I was stuggling.

    WOD: 49:40 RX Dubs are still my nemesis but generally felt pretty good. That WOD was a lot of fun. Thank you coach Tully for the advise on pacing everything.

    First time I have EVER felt in control of my heartrate for the duration of a WOD. Shout outs to the whole box of pasta I consumed last night. Shout outs to Melvin Gordon in Madden 16 for always falling forward at the end of his runs.
