Christmas Cocktail

Save the Date! Friday, December 17th we are hosting a Christmas Cocktail at The Point on Hanover St. All members are welcome to bring significant others, friends, and family. Appetizers will be served from 8-10, and the party will go until closing. Cocktail attire is enouraged! 

We sent out an Evite last week. If you did not recieve an Evite it is probably because the email address we have on file is not valid. Please let us know, not only for the Evite but for future reference.

    WOD: 12:20 – #115, dips with Red Band ( Everything but the FS were broken up)

    Did the WOD @ Bodyscapes tonight…. eekk.

    OH Squat – 80 lbs (was so afraid I was gonna drop the cast iron loaded bar! held back)

    WOD: 15:16, level 2, unassisted parallel bar dips (had to wait a few min for some guy to get off the dipper, and for someone to stop chatting with me as soon as i started my timer… go figure).

    Here’s an inspirational video of an old school Crossfitter, Nicole, doing overhead squats. I love that she’s barefoot in the first video. She’s got some great flexibility to stay so vertical in her squats
