    Fran killed me today:
    09/21/15 – 6:40 L2 (purple band)
    much better than when I started 2013
    2013 – Fran: 9:58 @ 40lbs with green band

    Fran – 4:08 Rx (10 sec pr) can get sub 4 when my butterfly’s get better! first time trying Fran this way

    Been a while since I did Fran…8:32…not great but a number to beat in 6 weeks. Amazing how this WOD makes you feel afterwards..like I lost a lung!

    I had a theory last year that my 10/30 retest was so much worse than my 9/15 test because it was a Thursday. Tonight further convinced me that I’m better on Mondays.

      …and checking back to my old journal for my first date with Fran on 9/4/12:
      13:55 L2 (w/ 1 red band for the first 26 pull ups and 2 red bands for the final 19 reps)

    got fired up last night watching myself stand around in that video and falling apart in the round of 15. Redid Fran today went smoother off the start instead of trying to keep up with Money Masley… set a PR at 2:40 RX

    The pull-ups are definitely my nemesis so I think as those improve I can get back down to my L1 time with L2 weight. 12:16 on WOD 2

    9/21/2015 – 4:05 rx – I know I can do better than that wasn’t feeling 100% today. I hate this workout its crazy how shitty you feel for so long after when it’s such a short amount of work!

    Fran – 4:18 RX. down from 4:37. round of 21 was unbroken, but pull ups fell apart after that.
    I was wrecked after.
