Event 3: Hulk Salad
8 minutes to establish a max weight without removing hands from the bar:
2 Power Cleans
2 Front Squats
2 Shoulder to Overhead

WOD
“Barbara”
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest 3 Minutes between rounds

Level 2- 4 Rounds 15,20,30,40
Level 1- 4 Rounds 10,25,20,25

    42:55 RX – only the sit-ups and squats left in round 5 at the 40 min time cap. Had to finish.
