Wednesday – There will be a reduced night schedule tonight with classes at 3pm,4pm,5pm & 6pm in Southie Green.  There will be no 7pm, Oly or mobility class or any night classes in Southie Orange.

Towel Service
We’ve had several requests from members recently for towel service here at CrossFit Southie. We’re trying to gauge interest and see how many people would use this service. Towels would be available here at the gym for you to use and then leave behind – we’d take care of the laundry part! If you wanted to use towel service on a regular basis, a monthly fee of about $30 would be added to your membership. Pricing may change depending on how may people are interested. We’d also have towels available for use for a small fee if you are not signed up for the service but need one in a pinch.

    Wod: 6+32= Got thru the 6 complexes and 30c2b and finished with 2 complexes
    Quick Tabata hill sprints to finish off.
