Boston Marathon Training & Numbers
Have you ever wanted to run 26.2 miles from Hopkinton to Boston?! We have an opportunity for you! This year CFS will have a handful of numbers to enter The 2018 Boston Marathon! Spots are limited and we are reaching out now to gauge interest in training for and running The Marathon. If there is more interest than numbers we will hold a lottery to determine who receives a number. We will provide programming and organize group runs to help you through your running season! Bob Is Back At The Games!
Congratulations to Big Bob Caslin! Though he has moved to NY this year, he is still a part of the CFS family. For the third straight year, Bob has earned himself a trip to the CrossFit Games! He finished in 10th place in the world in the Master’s Qualifier. We look forward to watching him take on the Games this week and hope to see him on the podium once again!
All of the action starts this Thursday the 3rd with The Run/Swim/Run Event! Exact heat times and live coverage of every event will be available on The Crossfit Games website from Thursday-Sunday! In addition, once the Games start you can watch two hours of competition coverage on CBS Sports Network at the end of each day, Aug. 3-6, starting at 10 p.m. ET!

3. 7 Burpee Step Ups

50 Weighted Dumbbell Step-ups (50’s,35’s)
50 Pull-ups
50 Burpee Box Jumps
50 SA DB Snatches (50,35)

Level 2- 40 Pull-ups (40,25)
Level 1- 30 Reps (30,15)
ADV – Kb’s (1.5/1)

*Kettlebells can be subbed for dumbbells in both the step up and snatch. Alternate arms on the snatches and feet on the step ups. Both feet should come all the way off of the box for each rep.

    I realize I have long legs, but still, everyone is tripping saying the step-ups were the worst, that spot goes to the burpees.
