Not only is Aaron the man! but he also has an abundance of coaching knowlege and experience that will make us all better athletes. We are very fortunate and couldn’t be happier to have him as a part of our team. By adding Aaron to our team of beastly savages, we will be able to provide more classes and more coaching for all of you. Starting this week, we are adding 730pm classes on Tuesday and Thursday. We are also adding a 9am class Monday – Friday and we are adding 20 minute technique classes at 4:40 M-F. Technique class will provide a closer look at breaking down the wods movements. Show up 20 minutes early for the 5pm class and get some extra coaching on double unders, the clean, or whatever skills/movements that day’s wod may have. We have a few events going on the next few weekends with the Garage Games and the Scavenger hunt but in the near future we will also be adding l1/l2 classes, open gym and afternoon All Level classes.
